Shoutbox

I was reading on this softwares forum about the shoutbox after seeing that it used a huge amount of database resources.

For some reson it is a HOG....

I disabled it for 24 hours to see if it stops our errors.....

If they continue, I'll know it wasn't at fault and bring it back... If all is good now without it. We'll have Shoutbox Thursdays or something....

BTW it did speed the site for me, unless everyone went to bed and i have the SM world to my self has anything to do with it :roll:

Faster for me too. I think I can turn off some of the features lie links and smilie. Might help. Let's keep it off for a day and see what happens.
