Page 50 HAM AND SQUIRREL IN WINE 1/2 lb ham slice; diced and browned, (or 1 2 squirrels cut into pieces flour salt and pepper to taste 2 tb butter 2 tb oil 1 c dry white wine 1/2 ts marjoram 1/2 ts rosemary 2 cloves garlic; (minced) 1 ds tabasco 1/2 ts worcestershire sauce Brown the ham pieces until crispy or cook and crush bacon. Shake the squirrel pieces in flour, salt, and pepper and saute until brown in butter and oil, turning often for about 12 minutes.
