Obama's newest Czar wants animals to be able to sue people! A consumer-freedom group says President Obama's nominee for "regulatory czar" is an "animal-rights zealot" who may make life difficult for hunters and meat-eaters. Senator John Cornyn (R-Texas) has placed a hold on the nomination of legal scholar Cass Sunstein to head the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs at the Office of Budget and Management. Cornyn is worried that the Harvard professor may push an aggressive animal-rights agenda in the White House. The whole idea of any type of Czar in our Republic is an insult or a bad joke. Many bought into this "cutsey" idea when their own special interest groups benefited and now they have derived acceptance across the board. This is a Republic! Damn it! We are supposed to have only elected officials that only draft laws that are needed to facilitate the well-being of our citizens. We should impeach anyone that trys to impose a czar, anyone that votes for a law without reading it, anyone that violates our constitution, period! Then they should be tried for TREASON and hanged by the neck until dead.
Ten-Four!! NO Czars needed here. Apply the laws we have, enforce 'em to the letter, obey the Constitution. Simple as that. The Founders had a great idea - too bad the latter-day Goobermint Clowns have gone so very far astray.
Czars.....I thought those came from the former Soviet Unbion, or was it Russia from the old families? Either way, it should be and more than possible it is: illegal to even have them "appointed" in this country under our Constitution! So, what's the problem with getting them "fired" or eliminated by due process? Tha could also be expanded to the current baffoons that are perpetrating this insanity on OUR country! I'm sure somewhere it is in writng that this is illegal, it certainly is immoral! "Commissioners" and "Czars" should be BANNED from this country and OUR political process', entirely and permanently!
