    hehe. Hey, at least these FRN's can still be traded in for gold and silver, albeit a little slanted in the market at the moment.

    Monetized debt will do it. This is a government owned development company trying to reduce it's exposure if I understand all I know.

    aaww crap, it's only one company!, I thought it was the whole country, from the yahoo report.

    This is just the start of the commercial real estate crisis we are about to see.

    If the stated value, of “Federal” Reserve notes, declines enough with respect to copper and nickel, the 1946-2009 nickels, composed of cupronickel alloy, could completely disappear from mass circulation.

    According to the “United States Circulating Coinage Intrinsic Value Table” available at Coinflation.com, the April 6th metal value of these nickels is “$0.0604077” or 120.81% of face value.
