We now have over 275,000 subscribers who read my posts and forward them on to their family and friends. Over 275,000 subscribers and growing is a number I want you to remember because collectively, with the power of the Internet, 275,000 subscribers can make history and in doing so influence a much needed and proper "change" in the direction our country is heading! As you know, there are a number of organizations that have conducted marches and events to send a clear message to our government that the Silent Majority in this country are more than unhappy with the direction America is heading. The discontent has no party lines. We are disillusioned with and distrustful of "politicians" in general and that includes Democrats and Republicans. Basically, we are damn tired of the Constitution and Bill of Rights being ignored, our freedoms trampled, and those we elect continuing to forget who they are supposed to serve... WE THE PEOPLE. As you are well aware the, Tea Party Movement is holding numerous rallies in cities across the country through April 15th. The Second Amendment March on Washington, DC is happening on April 19. These are great events that will attract a significant amount of people attending, but there is no way that the "Silent Majority" will be properly represented because we cannot ALL attend. But WE THE PEOPLE, the Silent Majority who are armed, understand our rights, and recognize that the current batch of elected servants in Washington, DC just don't "get it" can send a clear and concise warning to the government that will make our Founding Fathers smile from above and send a cold chill down the spines of those failing to "...preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States." Here is how easy you can make history and influence a much needed and proper "change" in the direction of our country! Step 1. Sounds like fun. I've got an idea for a shot that would really make their ears ring. Hit them where it hurts. On April 15th, mark a particular mandatory document "EXEMPT" and mail that sucker in. Then go into work and ask for a new W4 form and fill that out as "EXEMPT". Can they really audit 300 million people?
Technically, the W4 is a contract between the IRS and yourself, made mandatory to the Employer but not (you) the individual. By signing it and even checking "Exempt", if you do not qualify according to their standards, you are committing fraud...however, there are alternatives. The obvious, which is to work "under the table" requires the consent of the Employer (fat chance). The other is to submit a substitute form for the W4: It's still a tricky practice, as you will be watched and most likely visited eventually. You know. Basically, if you do not understand the IRC (Internal Revenue Code) along with the UCC, USCA, and hope and pray that you get a hearing in a court of record rather than Admiralty -then I say fill out the W4 and bend over with the rest. I guess for this topic, I could say that if everybody submitted substitute W4's, then it might be something worth trying. Assuming all Employers would accept them.
Actually, the whole IRS code is a violation of my civil rights, so how can I defraud the defrauder? Forcing someone to file a 1040 with a signature is tantamount to a violation of the 5th amendment. Of course if you were to stand on that, we all know how it would turn out. The same thing goes for working off the books. Technically a private contract between two parties (and if there ever were a test for a right to personal privacy...). But again, we know how the illegal occupiers operate. Well, yeah. It would be an act of civil disobedience which would require a massive following to work. This is always handled the same way by the occupiers: Make an example of a few people to strike fear into the rest.
