Voluntary.. hmm.. Lets help people read between the lines: "We encourage all sites to use our system and only our system to maintain a membership service based web entity. In doing so, your members must convert to our system in order to participate in your "space". Once you've implemented the system, which is so tied into everything, it will be hard to undo and make the voluntary for the web surfer, become mandatory for the potential member. Another example of buzzword misuse. I'm getting tired and reactionary, but when the language is diluted by making the same words mean different things, communication becomes garbled at best.
