Why control only one side of the conflict? The real profit is in branching out. Corporatism, the final solution. Sell arms and ammunition to all sides involved. Create a pandemic and sell the cure -never forgetting to first invest in the stock of the company selling the drugs. Install your own puppet in place of the previous tyrant. Control all the monetary systems of the world -direct trade and use the sanctions as a means to keep your slaves in line. If the country is too poor or desolate to provide any suitable reason to use these methods, just plug in HAARP and create a massive earthquake, then send in your armies to maintain order.
