Now, this is where we should move! Oregon's monster mushroom is world's biggest living thing - Science, News - The Independent
OMFG I hate that website. "He said scientists want to learn to control Armillaria because it kills trees, but they also realise it has served a purpose in nature for millions of years." And I "realize" that you, as a writer, suck.
HEHEHE...too many realizations, too little time...But seriously, imagine moving next to that thing...You'll always have SHTF food! Never go hungry!...yum,yum...'shrooms...
Brits use "S" instead of "Z" for many words that end in "ize" or for them "ise".. Drives me coo-coo..
Thanks friend...Likewise!... ...You know what they say...Never say die!...and then: No Passaran!...and then:Freedom or death!...LOL...It's a same philosophy like in university exams: I didn't learn enough for this exam...Do I show up, or do I stay home? ... If I show up, maybe I'll get the questions I know something about and pass, but if I stay home, I already fail the exam...Passed a lot of exams like that... Same philosophy with SHTF...If I have hope, I just might come up with something and survive, but if I sink to depression or give up, I'm dead anyway... We have a proverb, something like this...While you're alive, there's always way out. ...and it's quite obvious that you think like me, or you wouldn't be preparing for SHTF or even be here...am I right, or am I right?...
Maybe you are right I am writing a "fiction" novel. It would make the hair on the back of your neck stand up.
Geeeezz...so, you really decided to throw me into depression...It's already standing...way up...for quite some time!.. Seriously, I'm looking forward to read it....If you decide to share it...
This is what I wrote in the last hour: (only an outline, not the story itself) I doubt I will finish it. Another book in the works. I have so many.
Well, this "fiction" actually could stop being a fiction pretty soon. So far scalar (or Tesla) waves do create a field which was used in human behavior modification experiments. A lot of experiments were performed from 1965 till now, and by fine tuning the field, it was possible to either modify behavior, cause dizziness, vomiting, loss of consciousness and momentary death. Since there is no protection from scalar waves, except "umbrella" field of scalar waves with same frequency, but stronger power, this fiction becomes even more plausible. I know that strong scalar beam kills all living cells instantly, but it also detonates anything that can be detonated. If you hit a person with it, body wouldn't decompose for very long time...all bacteria, viruses and fungi in the body would also die. I know that this technology was embedded in radar dishes, so it's possible to turn radar into weapon system in 2 minutes. I know that fine tuning "per person" is not possible...yet...only general tuning by weight, sex and age, but is way too flaky...Also experiments with global field were made, which had dual purpose: immediate missile (or whatever) warning, due to disruption in the field (very weak field), or immediate targeting of the scalar cannons with amplified field... So, the only difference between fiction and reality is time...
actually, I was watching "Through the wormhole" last night and the had a segment where a scientist actually induced the sensation of being watched in sort of an "out of body" experience created in the upper visual field. Essentially, they created the God sensation. Truly enlightening stuff.
Some good points. I will also be adding time into the equation. The advent of time-space, space-time folding and the event horizon conflict. Maybe an advanced, diabolical alien species and an inter-dimensional race determined to protect us. I am not sure yet.
No no no! In my book, the interdimensional aliens are friendly and they fly in giant orange triangles (like part of the Zelda "Tri-Force" symbol), and the evil aliens are actually...something else entirely.
Skrying can be fun. OBE's are no joke to laugh at either. I was once choked by a little nasty looong time ago.
Hmmmm...since I agree with Stephen Hawking regarding aliens, maybe you could make all aliens enemies of humans...you know, like we're in DEEP doodoo...and then something like some animal makes them all sick and dying...or a snake bite that goes like chain reaction...or a worm...and they are forced to leave, but with a twist...
