It was fun Tracy I have many more pics. I did some long range testing of a few of my long shooters while there as well. I did some night time land nav with kids.
Night nav in the desert is far more bearable than deep forest night nav. I used to live out in that area. Thanks for sharing the pics!
Hate? There are many different types of desert. There is a beauty found in the high desert that can be felt easier than described with mere words. Photos don't do justice to the area.
I am taking the daughter up to nearly 8K tomorrow for an overnighter. Miller Peak Wilderness. Maybe I will post some pics when we get back on Monday.
