I dunno ... we had a quake here about a week and a half ago and I didn't care for it AT ALL ... Epicenter was about 30 miles south and east of here and I would have sworn that a plane had crashed in our neighborhood. In fact, I was SO sure that a plane had crashed (we live 2 or 3 miles from the airport) I went outside and looked around. I don't like it when the earth moves under my feet!!
4.5 (or 5.1, depends on who you talk to) was big enough for me ... ooggoooly booogggeeellyy ... And just how does one prepare for the ground to open up and swallow you??
[rofllmao]Based on how my feet reacted to the one and only earthquake they have felt that really doesn't sound like such a bad idea ... There is 12 years between me and my youngest little brother. When he was 3 or so we were walking across a street when a train roared down the tracks a couple of blocks away and caused the ground to rumble. His little feet were going 90 to nuthin' and he wasn't going anywhere ... I laughed my ass off at the poor kid ... Now, after all this time, I know EXACTLY how he felt ... [rofllmao]
Freakin' planet is going crazy...I just don't like all these "accidents" and freaky weather all over the world...and then the seed vault, noah's arc, books in salt mines, holes and cracks all over the globe, quake drills, alien contact drills, ufo's over China, satellite errors, cell phone breaks, oil spills, chemical spills, new volcanoes appearing, old volcanoes erupting one by one, and quakes, quakes, quakes...this is getting depressing...
