Thank goodness I don't have any wish to live in NY. I think anyone who can should leave that state and let the liberals try to keep it afloat and when the murderers and rapist and muggers kill off all the good people they can start on the elitists.

we quit using the Constitution when state membership in the union became compulsory. We quit pretending to use it when the states lost their representation. There is no tenth amendment while the 17th exists.

Consider this opinion of the Supreme Court: (16 Am Jur 2d, Sec 177 late 2d, Sec 256)

“The general misconception is that any statute passed by legislators bearing the appearance of law constitutes the law of the land. The Constitution of the United States is the supreme law of the land, and any statue, to be valid, must be in agreement. It is impossible for both the Constitution and a law violating it to be valid; one must prevail. This is succinctly stated as follows:

The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it.

An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted.”

“Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principals follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection, and justifies no acts performed under it..

A void act cannot be legally consistent with a valid one.

An unconstitutional law cannot operate to supersede any existing valid law.

Indeed, insofar as a statute runs counter to the fundamental law of the land, it is superseded thereby.

No one is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it.” Sixteenth American Jurisprudence, Second Edition, Section 177. (late 2nd Ed. Section 256)

Problem is that any law, even 'unconstitutional bull****' is in going to be enforced by local authorities until they hear otherwise. So, expect to be arrested and become a test case if you choose to assert your rights.

Therein lays the rub. As long as the enforcing agency believes a law or regulation has to be enforced, violations will be prosecuted. No court will take any action unless and until an action is instituted at the enforcement level and is followed thru the system to an appropriate Court with jurisdiction to rule. Now, if you are lucky, the local DA will refuse to prosecute you. There is a danger there, obviously. And of course, there is jury nullification --. Neither of those outcomes will get the law or regulation repealed, but you might be off the hook if you can get the arrest records purged.

I think the key lies in informed juries - they could change everything.

As soon as a prospective juror shows signs knowledge, they get scrubbed. That way, the lawyers can do the education with the judge as mediator. Now, if we could get to where jurors would be selected based on what they know rather than by malleability--

The only valid questions a Juror should be asked are
    1. Do you have any bias towards or against the defendant or plaintiff
    2. Do you know you the defendant, plaintiff, judge or counsel representing.

    Not stuff like:
Have you read about it in the news papers or through any news outlet. If they answer "no", they are either lying or not up on current events...in which case you have a better chance of staying over someone who has read the news. We're back to the "informed citizen". An informed citizen is a dangerous one to overseers of "the law". It's so much easier when the other person doesn't know what's going on, right?

I no longer get those JURY selection letters...
Seems they got tired of the same old story, ex-leo, and they won't even question you! "Supposedly", they can no longer ask you about your previous experience in any law enforcement position...I suppose too many were "lost" as prospective jurors?
As for the main topic, it's just another way to "mess" with the general population! They never quit! They never sleep! It will always be ANY reason they can come up with to take your rights away!
The more they get the more they want...power/greed go hand in hand!

What if you don't use the credit system? I Haven't ever. I put everything in hard assets, They have more value than the dollar. Gold, silver, seeds, brass and copper products are far more valuable than this paper backed by the printing press. Stash some away, before it's replaced, or stash alternatives, just not at your usual GPS location. We are under attack from commie indoctrinated control freaks. Radical Marxist Hippy Commie F/Junkies are the zombies of "Night of the Living Dead".

if we could accomplish that we could have informed voters, and we wouldn't need to worry about juries.
