I need a .22 Hornet/.410 M6 Scout survival rifle and will pay pretty good for it or trade whatever you need for it. I even have one in .22 LR/.410 that I'll trade and pay boot.
Actually, there's not any .22 Hornets on GB. There was one last week but I wasn't looking for one then. I'll keep my .22/.410 ( I have two of them) because they are handy little cache rifles but I really want a Hornet one (it's for a friend).

Thanks, those were added to GB after my post. I saw them and am hitting the buy now button on one this morning.
I am still looking for one of the original USAF ones in .22 Hornet with 14" barrels. They were made by Ithaca and were never sold to the public.
I've seen 1 14"er at the SAR show in Vegas ten years ago , it was not for sale . You could get the barrels cut to make a copy ....you would have to find a very competent C3 manufacture to do the job ,pulling the barrels out of the receiver is going to be a trick in its self . then you have the 220 tax stamp , but the cool factor would make it worth it .
Actually, the M6, for whatever reason, is considered an AOW and only has a $5.00 tax but to make one on a form4 costs $200.00, go figure.
