The article mentioned airmen, so perhaps it was an AF soldier who was shot. Terrible. And Frankfurt airport has pretty decent security, I should know since I was just there in late 2009. However, outside there isn't anything stopping a lunatic from popping off rounds. I know exactly where that bus is parked, I have walked in the very spot -there's just lanes for traffic and not too far away is the highway.

You can travel most places through Europe by rail with little to no interruption, and only a spot check for passports at borders, and not always. You can buy tickets from vending machines to ride the rail, and you can also buy them on the trains in many cases, too. I remember many early morning weekend adventures (hungover) riding the rail to France because we fell asleep or forgot to buy a ticket and were never checked.

The shooter worked there and was a devout muslim. See, this is why muslims get screened because of who they are. You can't tell the good from the bad unless you see the AK in their hands. Are there no muslims willing to stand up to their "brothers" and talk them down from stupid acts like this? If this keeps going the way it is, then it won't pay to be middle eastern when the SHTF. For what good muslims there might be out there, you have the fanatics. And one fanatic is one too many. We need to find a way to put it in their minds that they do not need to keep attacking every American that comes their way or there will be dire consequences.

Tell me, is it still considered martyrdom if your actions get your family wiped from the face of the earth? We as a country have discarded our principles and cow down to others because we are afraid of hurting their feelings. Something needs to be done about this whether it be tasteful or distasteful to all the thin skinned people robbing the oxygen from real patriots. Scorched earth policy comes to mind and let the chips fall where they may. Just my two cents.

Good question. The only person still alive who I can pose that question to is Russel Crowe, for his outstanding performance in "Gladiator". Oh, tears well up just recounting...

But, seriously...I try not to take this too seriously. There will always be religious fanatics --until humans become extinct, I reckon.

The Westward movement of islam is a direct threat to the US and its interests. I'm speaking from a secular standpoint as a believer in the Constitution and I'm not just talking oil:

    Pro-Shariah Rally in D.C. Postponed Amid Opposition - FoxNews.com

You really have to understand the overall goal of these a-holes. Some will try to dilute it to simply America's foreign policy as the culprit. It goes much deeper than that. The agenda is clear. We have been infiltrated by this movement and the signs are all around us everyday:

I don't think it's that simple. Al. The Unites States started this fight, via the CIA and corporate greed. Any retaliation from ticking off the natives is certainly not the reason...it's the result.

YouTube - How They Brainwash A Nation
This video pretty much sums up the plan, here.

Our government has been out of control for a very long time. You are in the intelligence business, you should know this better than most. Just about every Iraqi I ever talked to honestly about the tensions between our nation and the Middle East tells me that they have a general distrust and contempt for the US Government, not the people exclusively.

The secret government is at play here, and more and more people are waking up to this fact...

My single best answer to your post can be summarized in this video:
YouTube - Colonel Allen West Answers a Marine's Question
West knows what's up. Yes, Islam itself is rotten to its core, but most don't know that the Muslim/Christian battle is a very old one...and that is why I said that there is no end to religious fanaticism, not until every last one is utterly destroyed. This beehive has been purposefully beaten, and we are only starting to see the results of another holy war.

I think it starts with the fall of the Byzantine Empire. About 2000 years prior to any random CT videos you posted. The stage was set for the current muslim way of thinking as soon as the prophet opened his mouth. It's not about fighting foreign policy. It's about world domination and greed. Leaders of this two thousand year movement have one thing in common- the hunger for power. Maybe you missed the Shariah law link, so I will post it in plain text:

Does this sound like the rhetoric of "pissed natives" or does it fall more in line with rhetoric with other world domineers of the past? They literally want to do away with our Constitution and institute Shraiah law here. Look at the Sharaiah courts already undermining European countries:

We already don't have a Constitution in effect, so it's not like they have anything to do anyway.

But, I hear ya. I get it. Radical Islam to one side, but fascist corporate oligarchy to the other. Who is the bigger threat when we should already know the CIA funds, trains, protects, and filters in the "terrorists"? This is much bigger than Shariah Law, it's about global domination and the eradication of all national sovereignty and liberty -the flavor of genocide is kind of pointless to debate...

That may be your opinion, but the fact that you are able to spew whatever flavor CT rhetoric you want right now indicates differently.

The whole "we aren't free anymore" arguement is old. You are free to say what you want, choose what you want to do and where you want to go, the SC continually decides in favor of individual rights, the 2nd amendment is continually being upheld, states rights are huge right now, Obama care is being struck down in Fed courts about as often as it is being upheld (I suspect a SC decision will decide the fate), and there is a laundry list of other signs of hope.

The political situation isn't as gloom and doom as you make it out to be. The fact that we are having this discussion at all kind of shoots holes in the "constitution dead" mentality.

I already anticipate the typical CT answer to this fact- "they only give us enough freedom to keep up the facade". So typical. At the end of this day, I will likely speak my mind at my goverment job during a free thinking group discussion, go home and check my open discussion forums where I will respond with whatever I want, then I will talk to my children about Christ, and I think I will finish up by cleaning my assault rifles that I ran some zero and test rounds out of this past weekend.

Poor Al. I have the laws to prove it, in writing (English, too!) and as plain as black and white.

    Start here:
Emergency Powers Statutes, Senate Report SR 93-549, November 19, 1973
Ever hear of Admiralty? Oh, that's just a bunch of "CT silliness", right?

This will help you also: 31 Questions and Answers about the IRS, Revision 3.4
    And here: Supreme Law Library

Boy, this is a whole lot easier than back in the days before the internet when I spent countless hours in the law libraries!

Of course, you will have to actually go to a law library (town hall) to look at the CFR, USC, IRC, UCC, etc. for yourself. I have only spent about twenty years researching this "crazy stuff", so I guess you got me with your two minutes on the forum, Al. Shows how dumb I must be, right? Plain old stupid, I am. Out of my mind. Caah-ray-zee! [dunno]

    Research:
Title 12, USCA Section 95(b) (Ratifying act for the emergency)
    Senate Report 93-549 November 19, 1973
    Presidential Proclamations #2038, 2039, 2040 of March 6 - 9, 1933
Trading With the Enemy Act of October 6, 1917
Public papers of Herbert Hoover, especially page 1088
Senate Document #43, 1933 "Contracts Payable in Gold"
Black's Law Dictionary: Term: "Bank Holiday of March 6, 1933"
Anthony vs. Bank of Wiggins, (183 Mississippi 883)

You wanted proof, right --or do you?
The law normally forbids the private "federal" reserve banks from conducting banking business under the Constitution, except under the regulations of the Secretary of the Treasury (thanks to USCA 12, Section 95(b)) , during an emergency proclaimed by the President. That's Black's Law Dictionary. The FACT that banks are regulated under the Treasury today is FACT and PROOF that the emergency of war exists (March 6, 1933).

I really can't make it any clearer than this. Go ahead and continue to snort your nose and keep your happy thoughts. Perhaps you believe that I am "anti-constitution" when I tell you it has been put aside for emergency war status. Nothing can be further from the truth. I am a patriot. I will uphold the Constitution, but I share no illusions about its status; when I walk into a courtroom and ask the judge what jurisdiction we are under and he says "Statutory", that's all I need to know. Just so you know, Black's Law defined "Statutory" simply as being 'statutory' -a circular definition. It's Admiralty...I have just proven this to you with my references above.

I don't expect you to get it at first. It takes time to understand legalese.

American Jurisprudence defines "Unconstitutionality" as follows:
"The General rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and name of law is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it's enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it. An unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed. Such a statute leaves the question that it purports to settle just as it would be had the statute not been enacted. Since an unconstitutional law is void, the general principles follow that it imposes no duties, confers no rights, creates no office, bestows no power or authority on anyone, affords no protection*, and justifies no acts performed under it...No one Is bound to obey an unconstitutional law and no courts are bound to enforce it."

There really is a physical Constitution, but it has been "legally" avoided for quite a long time now, under the constant declaration of Emergency by each President including and since FDR. Is it all "unconstitutional"? That's for the Supreme Court to decide, I guess.

Yet, here you are exercising your 1st amendment rights.

All the other drivel that you posted is voided by that one simple fact.

That was even easier than looking anything up on the internet.

(I guess there is no "state of emergency" right now? :D)
