    An observant buddy sent this:

Always important to watch what is going on behind the scenes!!!

     U.S. Department of Justice W E B S I T E C H A N G E - I M P O R T A N T!

Little by little the subtle changes come until one day we will wake up and be the United Socialist States of America . 2012 is just around the corner so get and stay engaged as if our nation depended on it because it does!!!!!

U.S. Department of Justice ditches red, white, and blue stars and stripes.

Well, how interesting! It seems the U.S. Department of Justice has changed its web site.
Gone are the colorful red, white, and blue U.S. Flag decorations on the page,

Replaced by stark black and white.

And at the top of the page, is a rather interesting quote:
"The common law is the will of mankind, issuing from the life of the people."

Catchy, huh? Just one tiny little (too small to be relevant obviously) point --the quote is from C. Wilfred Jenks, who in the 1930's was a leading proponent of the "international law" movement, which had as its goal to impose a global common law and which backed 'global workers' rights.'

Call it Marxism, call it Progressivism, call it Socialism -- under any of those names, it definitely makes the DOJ look corrupt in their new website with Marxist accessories to match.

    See for yourself:

How very interesting that 'they' couldn't find a nice quote from one of our Founders. People, we have lost our Republic. This is an example of the slow, methodical misuse of power our current government is doing as they lead us to socialism, and destroying our republic as we have known it.

    Ah.....another internet conspiracy panic e-mail

I guess if you want to find reds under beds...you'll find them if you believe you see them hard enough. Undoubtedly this e-mail will probably be grist for the tea party mad hatters.

You are right. This is just another example of slowly and gently changing the mindset of America. We had better wake up and fast. They realize most Americans are busy working, raising their kids, and going about their day to day pursuits to make ends meet. All the while they slowly socialize America via political correctness and such nonsense as this. What is really really going to tick me off is when somebody walks up to me on the street and says "How did this happen?" Well Einstein, it happened when you were sitting on your rear, it happened when you were too busy sitting at home drinking beer to run to town and freaking vote! Many will only notice what is going on after it is too late. When they are told what they can eat, drive, what hobbies they can and can not enjoy, how many miles a day they can drive, what they can set the thermostat on in their own homes, how they can raise their kids, etc. etc. THEN and only then will they run around like Gomer Pyle on steroids saying "Shazam....what happened to my country?" Amazing.

Reds under beds has become socialists in the White House.

Margaret Thatcher said "'The trouble with socialism is that eventually you run out of other people's money'?"

0bama knows Thatcher was wrong and that it can't happen. :D

In reality, and in spite of what one might believe reading the "esteemed" progressive press...the tea party folks are much more likely to be sane and have a true view of the situation than the average person.

Maybe some folks not here should stick to commenting on that which they know...

Or they can continue to make judgements on things of which they know nothing...and fit right in with the native "progressives".

Maybe your Press portrays TP members as mad hatters; however, TP members are just regular people who had enough.

Perhaps you are pleased with your government; as ours borrows 43 cents of every dollar they spend or $4 billion a day most of us aren't pleased at all.

Many foreigners, looking on our troubles from afar and through the filter of the biased MSM, allow themselves to be deluded into believing the nonsense regarding the 'tea party'.
There are actually TWO 'tea parties'......
The original grassroots movement of citizens of all walks of life simply wanting an end to the corruption, the lying, the growing incompetence and over-spending in DC. They have NO 'Party Affiliation' in this endeavor. It is truly non-partisan.
Then there is the more publicly-visible "Tea Party" as co-opted by the GOP, trying to give themselves some legitimacy to the average citizen. These are the fools seen on TV 'talking the talk' then kowtowing to their DC masters. These are the fools who caved Friday and now crow about getting HALF what they told the Public they'd force the Libs to give up.

Seriously? You seemed a very intelligent, well read & well informed Aussie. Haven't agreed with some of what you've posted in the past and haven't bothered to respond to you but after this? Well, as a few before me have already stated more eloquently than I, you actually haven't got a clue.
