I finally figured out the goverment... it's like a tree full of monkeys... there are monkeys climbing up and monkeys climbing down... and monkeys at various levels of the tree... the monkeys at the top of the tree looks down and sees smiling monkey faces.... the monkees at the lower branches look up and all the see are a**holes...
The route to the top is to keep your feet firmly planted on the shoulders of your subordinates and your nose neatly nestled under the coat tails of the man above.
