This site is disaster survival & emergency preparedness based and has a HUGE downloadable database. Downloads consist of articles, books, manuals, and video’s covering a wide range of topics such as food storage, gardening, weapons, first aid, communication, alternative power, and more.

For anyone using FireFox, get the add on "DownThemAll". Very handing in getting a local copy from sites like this.

Very handy as you can set it to download all PDFs (or office document, or what ever you want) on a page.

If you are referring to DTA, I've been using it for 6+months and have not had any problems.
