They probably have a slew of regulatory laws in mind that will make them massive amounts of money; such as "Only big pharma can manufacture narcotics for resale" or some stupid stuff.. whatever.. it will still be better than filling our prisons with small time druggies.

The CIA and the DOD are the new drug dealers and ATF is close behind. The war on drugs was a war on their competition. They must of won.
I expect by now the BATF as well as bobo the clown's administration are fully 'in bed' with the Mexican Cartels. Too much Big Money and political power in that game...... All the players are dirty.
