I have been in the weeds and sticks of ERPs (specifically the TERP) since I started my new job. If most knew how incredibly incapable FEMA is at enforcing anything they would laugh at Alex Jones. Understanding the restrictions on the use of force, detainment, and even questioning for Title 10 soldiers makes it even more laughable. Of course, most people can't describe the difference between Title 10, Title 32, and SAD.

Here is what my years in the military see in the posted film-
1) No crap there are US military interment facilities in the US. Believe it or not, we have soldiers that are criminals. UCMJ violators have to be interred somewhere.
2) Base-X tents are awesome.... they replaced the GP Medium of old and take much less time to erect. I'm not sure what that would have to do with anything.
3) I wish I had the c-wire stringer several times while laying in hundreds of yards of C-wire in FOREIGN COUNTRIES.
4) Guys in BDUs are so prior to 2004.... how old was that film? Is there a need to state that you are "US troops" if you are training for operations in America?..... unless you are not training for operations in America. Given the uniforms, equipment, and apparent time frame, I would say they are getting ready for some BS in the Balkans.

Easy answer. American Citizens that don't know that once they have caged up the sheeple, TPTB will consider them too dangerous to be running around loose so they will be killed or otherwise neutralized. Either way they will cry like little babies, proclaiming their loyality to the NOW, and beg and otherwise humiliate themselves in an attempt to be spared.

Maybe they will drop them into the camps and see what happens before they lock it down and gas the place.

I hope the day doesn't come in my lifetime nor that of my children as there is still a lot I want to teach them. But if it does come. Executive Order 10997 - Authorizes Governmental Seizure of ALL Electrical power, fuels, minerals, public or private

Executive Order 10999 - Authorizes Governmental Seizure of ALL means of transportation, including personal cars, trucks, or vehicles of ANY kind, gives total control of all highways, seaports, and waterways.

Executive Order 11000 - Authorizes Governmental Seizure of ALL American people for work forces under Federal supervision, including splitting families if needed.

Executive Order 11001 - Authorizes Governmental Seizure of ALL health, education, and welfare facilities, public and private.

Executive Order 11002 - Authorizes Postmaster General to register all men, women, and children in the US.

Executive Order 11003 - Authorizes Governmental seizure of all airports and aircraft.

Executive Order 11004 - Authorizes Governmental seizure of all housing and finance authorities, to establish forced relocation areas designated as "unsafe" . (This little gem was signed by JFK in 1962)

Executive Order 11005 - Authorizes Governmental seizure of all railways, inland waterways, and storage facilities, public or private.

Executive Order 12919 - Authorizes, encompasses, and continues all of the above Executive Orders. Did I mention continues them? This EO was signed on June 3, 1994 by Bill Clinton. No President since has rescinded his EO.



Add to these, the Presidential Directive Decree #51 (PDD 51), signed by George W. Busch which is as follows:

The President has, right now, the ability in the case of a “National Emergency” (declared by him, entirely at his discretion) to take direct control of ALL branches of government. This would very literally make him, by definition, a dictator. Not only would Congress loose all power, but they could be dismissed by the president, and all decisions would be made directly by the president, with no oversight and no checks on powers. There is not limit… no limit… to what the presidential powers would include.

A “National Emergency” could include a terrorist attack, a blackout, a hurricane or other natural disaster, or anything else the president says is a natural disaster, regardless of what state it occurs in, and would be enough for the president to take over the government.

This is a law. It is on the books.

The president could decide to cancel elections, he could decide whatever he wants.

You know I was talking to a friend the other day and we got on the subject of FEMA camps and how they was going to get the first groups of pepole. Then I got to thinking about the post I seen on here the other day when that County turned off those food assistane cards in Georgia. If FEMA stops all public assistance these people will line up to be taken in for the promise of free food and free living. They will blindly follow Big Brother in the masses with the false promises. Until they reach the point of no return at which time they will be slaves of the NWO.

 

Now take that line of thought and apply it against the Welfare recipients...The Goobermint stops welfare payments and food stamps (TANF and SNAP), and tells the recipients the only way to get the free food and assistance is to join the new People's Army (or whatever you want to call it) and follow orders...Shades of Nazi Germany anyone?

This is not an issue of how fast a dotgov can respond. They do not have to be a rapid response system. They have many things on their side. Size, resources, and time to say the least. They do not have to respond in minutes, they can take days, months, even years, depending on the strategy they are using. Also, it will not be direct Federal employees it will be state or regional employees. To whit- there is a council of Governors. This council of select Governors are responsible for a geographical area, called a region. There are 9 appointed Governors for 9 regions. Don't buy that? Check here. Under invocation of PDD 51 those Governors become regional Governors, answering to the Secretary of Defense, Secretary of Homeland Security, and the White House Homeland Security Council on matters related to the National Guard and civil support missions. Under the NDAA, and with authority given exclusively to the President under PDD 51/20 we become an empire. Not the good kind, like Rome - the bad kind - with the House De Rothschild playing the Role of Palpatine, and Obama (or whatever puppet they place in power) playing the role of Vader. This is not tinfoil hat stuff. This is documented and proven by better men than I.

Those internment camps - and Al, they are specifically called Civilian Internment Centers - are not for military prisoners or war prisoners, or even the masses. They are for the ones who cannot be controlled under the invocation of PDD 51/20 - those who hold on to their freedoms against the unlawful acts of the Government.

Here are some other scary parallels - other than the fact that the US has built Stalags/Gulags. Prior to WWII, the Nazis made it illegal for Jews to own firearms. We all know what happened to them. Why was it illegal? The better to control that segment of the populace. An unarmed populace is a populace of victims. Swiss Jews, who never gave up their firearms, never spent time in internment camps. His Holiness The Prez is working diligently with the UN to sanction ownership of small arms. New anti-rights legislation is introduced daily, such as a new ban on full capacity magazines. Guys wake up. This is not just about camps this is about freedom.

“Seizure” is no where in this order. This order assigns management of the radio spectrum. To understand spectrum management, one has to understand how limited certain communication types are. A old warrior once asked me how anything can get through the border in AFG if we have all these UASs. The short answer- we can’t fly all of them at once. That is just one small contingency with *part* of our forces. Now, imagine a situation where we has *all* of our military forces AND civilian forces AND civilians looking for air time. Prioritization is important to our survival. One of the failures to the rescue efforts at the Pentagon on 9-11 was the fact that communications was gridlocked. First responders had to overcome this by literally sending runners. Anyone remember the cell phone issues in NY on that day. Again, prioritization.

“Seizure” is not mentioned in this one either. To the contrary, all this Executive Order does is encourage the DOI to continue exploration and think through prioritization of resources. This is the same thing Monkeys do in Prepping… just at a gov’t level. A good example is the allocation of power to national defense during times of emergency. There is no use in wasting power if an enemy exists that could possibly end the US as we know it. Contingency planning.

You won’t find “seizure” here either. This is a product of those completely terrible gov’t systems that we call the Interstate Highway System. Everyone that hates being able to drive across West TX at 75-85 MPH on relatively smooth roads, raise your hand.

You won’t find “seizure” in this one either. You will find terms like “mobilization”. I good example that I will steal from “Light’s Out”- don’t you want the power company employees working to get power turned back on in a large scale EMP? Would you want Nuclear Scientist-types working to seal a reactor in the event of an earthquake along the New Madrid Seismic Zone? (think about Japan) Or, would you prefer larger scale contamination?

Again, you won’t find “seizure” anywhere in this order. Did you know that there are doctors and health-care workers that volunteer to stay on FEMA rosters to help in case of emergency? They are subject to call up at anytime and are deployable anywhere in CONUS in the event of disaster. The welfare functions here involve taking care of those that care for themselves or those that are left with nothing. An example is the FEMA trailers that Katrina victims stayed in for a relatively long time. While that program was generally looked at with intense scrutiny, NO HELP wouldn’t have been better. The education functions have long been abandoned in this order. When was the last time a child “ducked and covered”? That is the extent of “education” in the order.

Register…. yes, exactly… for the purpose of “reuniting families”. Think about a zero communications environment with large displacement due to contamination (Eisenhower wrote these in the Cold War Nuclear Age). Would you want to be able to re-establish communication with loved ones? People get nervous when “registration” is used.

You won’t find “seizure” in this order either. The terms used here are “monitor”, “protection”, and “decontamination”. Of course this is read in the context of the Cold War. How important is “civilian aircraft” to National Defense? Ask a soldier how he gets to KU for entry into our current two war zones. Aircraft are what ships were during WWII- an integral part of our transportation capability.

It doesn’t authorize “relocation”. What it does do is authorize rebuilding of communities that are previously deemed unlivable. Keep in mind the context of Cold War Nuclear Exchange. Look at Japan’s nuclear disaster. Think about Chernobyl for awhile. Why this was made couldn’t be anymore clear, in context. There are some hard-headed old-types that won’t leave a contaminated area no matter what. We have seen this in modern disasters. “Claimancy” may scare some people. Claimancy does not mean “seizure”. Claimancy is done every time there is a natural disaster and resources are needed. What happens is the gov’t strikes a deal with local vendors IOT to purchase items needed to support, in this case, rebuilding. A good example is water purchased from Budweiser (canned) during Hurricane Andrew or Coca-Cola during Katrina.

Again, “seizure” is nowhere in this order. Claimancy is here again. The key to this order is planning and prioritization. When we need M-93 Foxes to come recon the extent of contamination or fall-out, we can’t clog the railways with Ipads going to Wal-Mart.

No kidding? You mean there are still future, plausible bad days in America? Why are we all here on a preparedness site? Because we all believe bad days (or weeks/months/year) can happen. Guess what? So does the gov’t. That is sort of the role of gov’t even by a minimalist / Libertarian standard- provide for the defense and safety of the people (human life).

Technically, what it says is “a cooperative effort among the executive, legislative, and judicial branches of the Federal Government, coordinated by the President”. Continuity of gov’t is the subject in question here. Read “Decision Points” if you want to understand where GWB was coming from in terms of continuity. One of the first things he told BO was to establish your continuity before something happens.

Well, that’s an opinion based on absolutely no fact or history.


Nearly all this is repeated conjecture based on someone else’s interpretation of the actual orders. If you read the orders and understand the time period (Cold War) that they were written, the reason is obvious. You also have to understand Eisenhower, the once Allied Supreme Commander, thinks from a General’s viewpoint. This is why heavy planning and prioritization of logistics and transportation inherent in his orders.
I think I have sourced all the actual Orders. Some herein comes from my short, but growing career in Emergency Management. I also have a good finger on the pulse of my co-workers and despite what some will think, they are indeed people with hearts and families just like us. There are no “plans of relocation” into FEMA camps or other evil, diabolical plans. The NRF has put the control own to the lowest level- not a centralized Fed, despite what you “think”. Unless you think your local fire chief is in on the “diabolical scheme”?? That is, likely/usually, where incident command is. It’s not at FEMA or with the military- its with the local emergency supervisor.


I think the real issue in the misperceptions is that instead of reading the doctrine (all of it is available at DHS’s website), people repeat someone else’s view on what-it-means instead of going to the source and reading. Hopefully, from this, people at least gain another viewpoint to draw conclusions from. I encourage everyone to read the Orders as well.

"Hell" is a bit cynical. As for the rest, I agree.

 

OK Let us define seizure,in this case it is a word used to take a concept and break it down to simple terms:
sei·zure/ˈsēZHər/Noun

1. The action of capturing someone or something using force: "the Nazi seizure of power".
2. The action of confiscating or impounding property by warrant of legal right.

Definition 2.

Under EO 10995

They can revoke (take away) -by warrant of "legal" right - any frequency or all frequencies as they see fit during a state of emergency, without the consent of those who own or operate them. That is seizure.

Also see PDD 51, for what constitutes a "national emergency".

Of course, still using the same definition of the word seizure:

They can take your fuel, your electric, your raw materials, and ration it to you, that is give it not for fair market value, but based on a determination the government makes. By warrant of legal right. Seizure.

In a time of national emergency, do you not think a person's priorities will be family survival first? If you are forced into a work gang to "restore normal operations", who is taking care of your family? Oh that is right, no one. Sorry Charlie, that dog won't hunt.
