My favorite "Golden Moldies Classic Rock" station had gone to an "All Christmas Music" format the day after Holloween! Screwed me up - had to switch to a station that plays "anything" (as they say in their ads). They play some good old rock, but also R&B, 90's pop crap, 80's disco, even lately more urban cRap...... sometimes I'll listen to the 'Classic Country' station, but the old DJ's are retiring and the new ones are playing more of the 'new country' (which all sounds the same to me). At last, late last night at midnite - NO MORE effing Christmas music! My classic 50's/60's/70's rock songs are back! Life is good.......

I remember several years ago when my favorite country station changed formats, during the change over it was a solid week of 24 hour a day Garth Brooks. When the week ended it was a hip hop station
Every once and awhile around 2am Saturday night I can find a couple hour show of bluegrass. The rest of the time all the stations push the tribal homey thug music. Not my taste
Exact same thing happened a couple years back, with the best Golden Oldies station we ever had - one day 60's/70's rock, next day cRap......
