In an order written January 3, 2012, Malihi ruled that Georgia state law is very clear – any candidate for federal or state office must meet the qualifications of that office and that Georgia electors have the right to challenge those qualifications in court. As a result, Malihi flatly denied Obama's motion to dismiss and scheduled a hearing for January 26.

Now, FINALLY, we can expose Barack Hussein Obama as a fraud forced upon America by the leftist fundraising lobby in order to shove Amnesty down our throats and throw our borders wide open.

In previous cases, only certain documents were requested or discussed. But Judge Malihi requests that the President bring every document that serious eligibility experts have been discussing from the beginning so we can one day very soon put this issue to rest.

Judge Malihi’s list requires Obama to produce each of the following:

1. Any and all certified birth records including a long form birth certificate.
2. Certified school/university registration records. Certified immigration/naturalization records.
3. Certified passport records.
4. Redacted certified Social Security card applications for each of the aliases and other legal names used by Barack Obama, including but not limited to his legal surname when adopted by step-father Lolo Soetoro.

Reportedly, Judge Malihi has also subpoenaed Hawaii Health Department officials and commanded them to produce an original certified copy of Obama's long form birth certificate… a document which the White House has failed to produce time and time again despite the demands of concerned American Citizens.

Barack Hussein Obama’s million-dollar attorney’s, despite all of their hard-work, are at a loss of how to help him weasel his way out of this one.

The American people have caught him, and ALL of Washington knows it.

But this issue doesn’t rest with just proving without a doubt that Barack Obama is a liar and a socialist imposter. By his own admission that his father was a Kenyan native and British subject, Barack Hussein Obama already does NOT meet the Constitutional standard of "natural born citizen" that was established by the 1875 unanimous Supreme Court ruling Minor v. Happersett.WHY? Because the Court decided very clearly in this case and in others that a "natural born Citizen" is one who is born on U.S. soil to U.S. citizen parents.

I truly hope this works and spreads to the other states - or at least those not totally dominated by the UberLibs.

 

I don't know if he is or he isn't a natural born citizen but consider this... How many of you guys have a birth certifercate signed by the doctors that attended your birth in your own possesion? I don't. How many of you have a certified copy of your social security card application that you parents filled out for you when you were born in your possesion? I don't. If judges can do this to a man who is president what if you piss off some local county judge and to get rid of you they challenge your citizenship? What then? Don't get me wrong I want him out of office as much as the next person but I want to do it fairly by having him beaten in the election.

 

I think the point is, that even if it were a pain in the butt to come up with the documents you mention, that we could given time produce them. The man has blocked every attempt to prove or disprove his qualifications and to hide his past. This is unacceptable pure bull poop, and we all know it.

What, he wants to hide the fact that his mom was a bit of a loose woman? Too late there. The fact that there are nude pictures of his mom floating around out there say alot about the tree he fell from. Again just old news. How come students who were in the same classes at the same time don't remember him at all. Where did his money come from. How about the multiple names and social security numbers he used. How about the foriegn student grant for college. Natural born Citizen? Or grand fraudster?

 

I can't. I've tried, when I last needed a replacement of my South Carolina birth certificate all I could obtain is a generic state form that says I was born in the state but that doesn't contain any of the pertinent info that was on the original. Heck, the new copy doesn't even mention that I was born at Naval Regional Medical Center, simply states I was born in North Charleston in Charleston County. No doctors names, father not named, no copie of any of the signatures that were present on the original.

You need to request the long form, as is needed for travel. There is also a phone number you can call to go over all this about exactly what you need. They must have sent you the short form before.

I guess from what you say, it varies from state to state. I was born in Ohio. I lost my original. I went thru vital statistics in Ohio and got a certified true copy in a month or so. Sorry. To others, YMMV in getting replacement documents.

 

Never really thought about it, but it was a long form that was requested as I feel short form versions are next to useless. I'd never thought of it before but I think they must've sent me the wrong version.

Not that i think this will go anywhere,( someone will decide that obamys birth certificate must be kept secret as a matter of "national security.") but what if he was found to be a fraud? What would happen? Would all the legislation he signed become null and void? what about all those people he appointed to jobs and posts like the supreme court?

Yes....get it over with and out of the way. Produce the necessary documents, have them forensically examined, have a judge adjudicate on their authenticity, and get some finality...but should the ruling go Obama's way in an open and transparent process....I only hope that the birthers will STFA with their whingeing and whining!!!

It is not a process that need be repeated for every state and territory in the Union until the birthers get the decision that they want.

 

The amount of money that has been spent by the WH and Nobama to protect his true identity will keep up until they make a finding that he is a true citizen of the US.
Have had my doubts for a long time he is a non citizen, but on the other hand, do you really want this? bit embarrassing to find out you have an impostor sitting on the most Powerful seat in the World, an Impostor that Americans voted for, won't say much for the integrity and security of your Feds to allow this person to send troops to Afghanistan, pull troops from Iraq, he is an embarrassment for the US, with his bowing etc, can't help but think more harm than good will come from a full disclosure and the realisation he is a fraud, a Muslim whatever, If the truth does come out, just wait until hos term is up, imprison him at Gitmo under his own Laws he signed into effect and throw away the key

 

I'd be happy to see the ruling by the judge

I'd be happy to see the ruling by the judge in the present matter listed in the Georgia Court, and I hope that it runs its full course to a decisive conclusion. I find it difficult to credit that both the Democrats AND the GOP didn't do their due dilligence prior to his nomination for the presidency, if not when he nominated for the Senate. It would seem an own goal for both parties.

Should Obama's presidency be ruled invalid...I hate to think what the legal ramifications would be for the executive orders and legislation passed...or vetoed as the case may be...and the legality of approving such things as Bin Ladin's assasination among other things...as we say in the Land of OZ.... (usually of things that are way too inexplicably weird) "only in America" : S

I have no particular affection for the man...he is no better and no worse than some of the dunderheads that have sat in that office, time will tell whether worse may succeed him....I look forward to seeing the first President who wears "magic underpants" though. : O but then I guess a whole lot of pentacostals and evangelicals will complain that "he ain't no real christian"....still it would make a pleasant change from the birther farago of complaints.

 

The problem is two-fold:

1) The very people who would be tasked with investigating and prosecuting the case against obama are HIS hand-picked people - do not expect any joy there.

2) The deep pockets fostering, supporting and controlling obama can and will draw this out as long as they find the kenyan useful.

I know nothng can come of this - but I truly wish it could. Another four years of this antiAmerican misadministration may well end the America we all know and love.

I sympathise, Seawolf, but the AntiAmerican misadministration isn't confined to the present one....each administration by acts of commission and ommision have put enough nails in the coffin of the USA's polity to make a master carpenter with a nailgun blanche.

I am not a praying man...but if I were...I'd be sending them Ron Paul's way.

The pity of it that the GOP hasn't much to offer....it's a choice between a LDS candidate as boring as bat sh!t, but faithfull to his wife (as far as we know) and the serial sinners(Newt and Perry)...am not sure where Paul fits in with marital fidelity, but I'm sure that it will count for something to some voters. In Australia....being a larrikin, drunken womaniser was never a disqualification! : O

 

what makes me more suspicious than the whole birth certificate hassle ... is the time & $$$$$ the DNC spent sanitizing OBammy's life, while in Chicago .....for example, they paid BIG $$$$ to Rev Wright and the church members obtaining anything and everything OBammy related ..... ever see anything about OBammy's church life, baptisms, attendence, photos, wedding photos ect ????????
