    News Corporation worried about honesty???

News Corporation worried about honesty??? Not if News of the World is any indicator....but, inconvenient truths...are ....well.....very inconvenient.

I'm hardly surprised....that is not the kind of message that the REAL powers that be (including Murdoch), that actually control America want to hear....change the status quo...and let the people decide??? Who heard of such a thing???

Though things are much more humane now....In Socrates's time...Napolitano would have been invited to drink a hemlock highball.

I've read most of his books and watched and listened to his shows. Not a long list of contemporary people I have much respect for but he is way up that list. Maybe he knew it was coming and took one more shot at doing what he is passionate about. Waking the people up to the travesty we are making of the constitution and the vision of our founders. Were he to make a bid to lead our nation whether by the vote or by revolution I would have to follow him. Someone has to step up and lead us back to the republic of and by the people and it needs to be soon. There are those in this country that would make us just another footnote in history. I ain't one to go that route without a fight,no way. JMO of course.

I'm not holding my breath that another news/cable channel picks him up, it would be nice though.

"Centuries of government deception have suspended our freedom and replaced it with a mythology rich in the ideals we are promised but do not actually experience. Every weekend on FreedomWatch, Judge Napolitano fights for you and the Constitution."

Judge Andrew P. Napolitano joined Fox News Channel (FNC) in January 1998, and currently serves as the Senior Judicial Analyst. He provides on air legal analysis every weekday throughout the day on FNC and on its sister network, Fox Business Network (FBN). He hosts “FreedomWatch” on FBN, Saturday at 10 am and 8 pm, and Sunday at 7 pm and 11 pm Eastern time. He is also the regular fill-in host for “The Glenn Beck Program” on FNC, weekdays at 5 pm.

Judge Napolitano is the youngest life-tenured Superior Court judge in the history of the State of New Jersey. While on the bench from 1987 to 1995, Judge Napolitano tried more than 150 jury trials, and sat in all parts of the Superior Court–Criminal, Civil, Equity, and Family. He has handled thousands of sentencings, motions, hearings, and divorces. For eleven years, he served as an adjunct professor of constitutional law at Seton Hall Law School, where he provided instruction in constitutional law and jurisprudence. Judge Napolitano returned to private law practice in 1995 and began television broadcasting in the same year.

Judge Napolitano has published five books on the U.S. Constitution. They are Constitutional Chaos: What Happens When The Government Breaks Its Own Laws; the New York Times bestseller, The Constitution in Exile: How the Federal Government Has Seized Power by Rewriting the Supreme Law of the Land; A Nation of Sheep; Dred Scott’s Revenge: A Legal History of Race and Freedom In America; and the New York Times bestseller Lies the Government Told You: Myth, Power, and Deception In American History.

His writings have also been published in the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, the Los Angeles Times, the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the New York Sun, the Baltimore Sun, the (New London) Day, the Seton Hall Law Review, the New Jersey Law Journal, and the Newark Star-Ledger. He lectures nationally on the Constitution and human freedom.
Judge Napolitano received his undergraduate degree from Princeton University in 1972, and received his Juris Doctor degree from University of Notre Dame in 1975.

I dont think he will ever have to worry about his voice being heard or finding work. I hope he does seek political office. He would make some real change in this country and for the better of the country, not for political party or agenda.

If you can't muzzle a dog, the next best thing is....

If you can't muzzle a dog, the next best thing is....pulling his teeth!

There is effectively no third party of any consequence in American politics to be a platform for his libertarian philosophy...I don't think either duopoly party would want him....other than wanting him with a gag over his mouth....both sides of politics are scared that he will wake up the voters to having aspirations that neither party has any will nor intent to satisfying.

Personally I would like to the this Judge, on a Federal Bench, on on a Federal Appeals Court, and ultimately on SCOTUS.... Now there he could do some REAL Good, and be there for the rest of his LIFE. .... YMMV....

What needs to be happen is a grass roots pressure to put representative into the congress (both House and Senate) of people who are not Dems or Republicans. Call them what you will but rather than spend $200 million to try to get Ron Paul the nomination, why not spend $200 Million on 20 - 30 true constitutional candidates in states you think you can win to put into the House every 2 years. Over time, you would limit the control of the Dems/Repubs and then they would have to negotiate with a 3rd party. Basically, this would make the government stop running and passing bills, etc., which I see as a good result.
