ya know that isn't so much that the banks failed so much as it is Uncle Sam wants to own sum banks, have money coming in from loans, an own the property those loans are for.

 

And while many states are represented on that list, scanning through it it seems like 3 really stood out in disproportionate numbers. IL, FL and CA. Interesting...
