Maybe they thought it would be funny -- there's a large sign hanging above the machines, saying "Junior Wash: $2.95." Whatever it was, it could have easily ended in tragedy. Related: Hidden risks for kids at home In the silent footage from the laundromat's security camera, the dad scoops up the diaper-clad toddler, shoves him head first into the front-loading washer, and shuts the door. He and the mom seem amused at first, but panic quickly sets in when they realize that they can't get the washer door open. It's locked automatically, and the tot is trapped inside as the washer starts to run. Finally, an attendant runs over and disables the machine. It takes a few more seconds to get the door open and the child out. There have been several recent reports about kids dying after getting trapped in a washing machine -- in March, 18-month-old Ollie Hebb drowned in a washing machine accident, and a 3-year-old was killed in France after his father put him in one and turned it on to punish him. The child in this video suffered a few bumps and bruises and is fine, according to the person who posted the clip -- at least, as fine as one can be living with parents who think it's funny to stick kids in washing machines. I dont now about you but I have taken a lot of kids out of sh*tty houses only to have them home with a "CPS "plan in two days. By the way CPS mean cant protect sh*t
Make the punishment fit the crime Perhaps the appropriate penalty is to put the parents into an adult sized industrial sized washing machine and press the spin cycle...then they may rethink the funny side of doing that to their children....just a thought.

It is quite obvious the dumbing down of our society is working very well. People have lost the ability to use reason. There are all kinds of crazy things being done just to see how many hits it will get on youtube. Maybe they will think before doing something like that next time but thats a big maybe.

I know exactly where you are coming from with CPS. Oh we are going to do an emergancy removel for the childs safety. Then work on a parenting program CPS # 1 goal we are here to keep families together. I can't count how many times I have taken children out of a homes only to be called back and find the child hurt and in several cases dead. One thing that gets me is if L.E.O. was to make a mistake causing injury or death to a child we would be hung. Then you have CPS take them out just long enough to do the paper work to put them back and never have to answer for the out come of their actions.
Funny I got woke up at 2 this morning by the other crews sergeant offering OT to sit on a child homicide crime scene, decide to sleep.
I got a call about an hour ago 3 year old child sexual assault by 17 year old with objects. God what this world has come to and it's not getting any better. Interview in the morning and work up warrants so then the court game can start with the prosecutor and defense wanting to work something to help out the 17 year old with his problems. What about the child victim who has now been scared for life. Anyone who has ever had anything to do with these sick F*%*'s know they can't be fixed it's hard wired in then and can not be cured. Can be suppressed but always has the urge and always comes back, most of the time more violent.
Our child hom turned into a homicide, 2 cts rape, 2 cts assault 1 waiting for toxicology and a bunch of bummed out, crying, pissed off cops.
This world has became a sick twisted place where people has started to except these wicked, evil acts as a part or a danger of life in society. Doctors has created different illness to cover and mask the problems to kind of give them reason. When I was a young boot a old street cop told me that some people are born just out right evil no reason, no excuse and no illness just evil. After the years of seeing what people do to each other behind the curtain of a civilized society. I find that statement to be one of the truest things I have ever been told. Some are just born evil 20 years ago you would have the communities in a up-roar wanting justice for the babies and families. 30 years ago there would have been bodies hanging at the end of a rope with the judge and jury out in the field where the bastard was caught. I challenge anyone to show me where the world has been made a better place to live overtime. We all including L.E.O.'s have been forced into a living life in a world where we are scared to go down the street, walk in a store, or even set on the front porch, they have turn our homes in to prisons that we are punished when we leave. We are all slaves in a society with criminals as the slave masters (rapist, murders, child molesters) They have taken our rights to protect ourselves, they have twisted the laws to protect the guilty and prosecute the victim. Even our own goverment is a group of criminals if they are not comitting a crime they are covering one up. Some might say technology makes it a better world. I call B/S on that one too technology will be the down fall of this world. Man has got to the point. They don't In-trust God anymore they have pushed to make him a fairytale and in their eyes they are above God. They are God sure some technology has helped us in the medical field but it has has also helped us creat small particals if relased can kill a city full of men, wemon, children. So is the trade off worth it? When are people going to say enough is enough we want our world, our society back and in our world our society belives certain act are punishe by death once found guilty you are fast tracked to the gallows or the electric chair. The hell with the needle your punished to death and it is going to hurt we are not going to make it humane on you. Build a gallows on every county courthouse lawn after the first 2 or 3 exicutions I promise you the crime rate will start to fall and very few repeat offenders. The ones who want to cry about the death penalty lock them in the cell with the rapist or murder for a week. See if they don't have a different out look on these type of people.
