I think i just lost IQ points from reading some of the comments listed after the story...... The tech for microstamping has been shown to NOT work even 10% of the time.... And they want to make it law.... its not even noon and i need a beer....
I am amazed at the stupidity in the world. The comments after that article show that the sheeple still cannot use their own common sense. The one arguing that using spent casings are akin to using stolen ammo had me floored. He/She was also under the impression that you cannot re-use shotgun shells.
