Who will he pardon...

if Obummer loses, who do you think will get pardons?

My expectations are;

All the New Black Panthers (especially those jackasses in Philly)
Eric Holder
Roman Polanski
Corzine
All the Fast and Furious administrators

 

and probably nearly all illegals similar to when Carter pardoned all the draft dodgers

I guess you didn't see the news...there won't be any "illegals" after he gets through. He just gave amnesty to close to a million.

I am no lawyer, but my understanding is amnesty means they won't be pursued/deported. But being here illegally is still a federal offense (felony, I think?) which means if they do get citizenship they will be barred from voting in many states and have that record.

A pardon would wipe that away.

 

Could go either way. On one hand, the Kenyan may 'pardon' all the miscreants in his sordid and criminally corrupt misadministration and his top supporters, but on the other hand he has a long history of tossing his supporters under the bus once their usefulness is ended. Depends upon what his Masters decree.

I thought only a Legal sitting President could sign off on a pardon....

 

Yes...elections on Nov 2, inauguration of his replacement in late Jan 2013. Nearly 2 months to run that pen out of ink! Ingenious system.
