I assume this is for our viewing pleasure and info purposes. Raub has been back on the streets for 2 days.
And we still have no idea why the alphabets detained him in the first place. That paperwork is based entirely on a technicality in the law (which does NOT make it less valid.) In effect, whoever is conducting the "prosecution" has its legs cut out from under it in any forward actions. I still wonder what triggered the alphabets in the first place, and suspect it was a neighbor that fully qualifies as a very nervous sheep. (See something, say something. So Stalinesque.)
I don't think the 3 letter agency(s) expected the brewhaha they stirred up or the excellent johnny on the spot legal representation that jumped into the fray in Raub's defense. I see this thing as a big win for the 1st amendment and protesters of the illegal actions from Washington DC.
The DHS considers people who do not have a Facebook page suspicious, as in potential domestic terrorists.
Yup, this just puts the defense actions for all to see, and to see how phony the state's case was, not to mention illegal. This also shows the Va and the Feds working together to undermine and intimadate one and all. Partly by moving Raub as far as they could from basic family support and then the State and Feds lying about what they had done.
Only facebook account I have has a false name, no personal info and I only have it so I can look at other peoples accounts.
I use Facebook, have a smartphone, and keep my nice set of sheep's clothing looking just like the herd... It's a layer of concealment. My "grid ghillie suit". And it can all be dumped in seconds.
