I asked this question in another one of my posts, however I thought it worthy of its own thread. I was in my local gun store today picking up a few extra things. The owner told me that a guy came in today and bought all the AR's off the wall. Is this something anyone is seeing in other locations? the owner told me he thought that prices would double very soon and that wealthy individuals were buying up the AR's to sell at an increased markup in the future. Bulk Ammo was all gone btw...still some small boxes
Bulk is going quick. If they ram through a "you can keep them. but cannot sell, bequeath or give away" law. This is a never let a crisis go to waste power play.
And Obummer and friends will certainly make some sweeping moves now that the iron is blazing white hot. Keep your arms and legs inside the ride at all times. Methinks this is going to be a hell of a ride. Can't wait to see what the overreacting peeps do now.

Ammo is going quick online too it seems. Just perusing sites, it looks like 9mm, ..223 are selling like hot cakes. All the cheap stuff is gone , bulk too. only thing left seems to be specialty TAP,Corbon, or Match Stuff. backorder at sportsmans guide said March on some stuff. OMG! Was looking for cheap wool blankets and had notice about 'Huge Shipping Delays'. I guess I'll hit the salvation army on my way home from work on Monday.
