I didn't see any justification in the article...but I can't see a good reason to waterboard a kid...no matter what. If i had kids and they stole $10,000 from me....I'd prolly beat'em pretty good and maybe disown'em till they made good on squaring up...but waterboarding? sheesh - dad needs to be straightened out...with a bat.
