We had a Taxi driver here that was shot in the head 6 times with a .25 and drove to the hospital.... no rounds penetrated the skull... minor fractures only....
He may have been a tough guy but he was not smart. Why would he follow a car, that had already commited one crime (leaving the scene of an accident) into an alley at 4:45AM and think anything good was going to come of the confrontation?
Ya...maybe he should have ran away in fear and called the cops. Surely they would have investigated and arrested the criminals. Surely they would protect him too.
You know what I meant... once he interred that alley he was on his own.... that may have not been the best call.
