Well, with the nanny state in charge, what do you expect? Both parents work, and kids are raised by the television. These caffeine products are poisonous, but the problem has already been rooted deep with heavy marketing and conditioning. There are tons of products out there with caffeine now, and through the course of a single day, a person can consume large quantities of it without even fully recognizing it. I do know that a lot of workers in these energy drink facilities won't even touch the stuff, because they know the skull and bones warning on the barrels of ingredients don't mean good tidings. The government tends to regulate the people with despotic rule. And it loves to have any reason to do it, too.
bwahahhahahah, I've been drinking coffee since i was 5, so did my parents, and grandparents, and great grandparents. Guess when my kids started enjoying coffee after lunch? Yep, you guessed it, right around 5. As long as there are coffee beans and trees growing wild (even cultivated ones) we Finnlanders are drinking coffee. Just don't leave your children unattended wandering around us. We might give them espresso and a free puppy.
I started drinking coffee when I was 18 in the Army. It was the only thing in Basic that we could get our hands that was warm while we were on the firing range. To this day I can not go a day without a cup or two at least if available. Life blood to the soul..... Hired a new apprentice (first year) on Monday and he showed up with a Red Bull in his hand and looking bleary eyed..... talked to his foreman today and it sounds like he will be lucky to keep the App. another few days before he cuts him...... These kids think they can play video games all night, get 5 hours of sleep and slam an energy drink or two and be good to go for work- they are wrong.
Yeah, but I bet the under 21 crowd are still dropping Jager bombs on friday night! (and maybe some of us old farts too)
