My monkeys declined going out to eat. Instead, they wanted daddy's seaweed kim chee noodles for breakfast. Since it has been rainy out the past few days, something soupy sounded good. And for the spicy inclined, mine also had togarashi (chili pepper powder).

Hanzo, I spent 18 months in the ROK on the DMZ clearing and placing landmines. I love the Korean culture and food, especially kim chee. I have never had seaweed kim chee but I would bet that it is delicious.

When I was stationed at Schofield I had a local bar I frequented, the two gals that ran the joint always had fresh homemade Kim Chee for me to eat... loved it and those dames!!!
    Treated me like family.

It's quite good. Monkeys love it. I also add the kim chee juice and togarashi chili pepper powder to my broth.

By the way, it is not seaweed kim chee. It is seaweed and kim chee in the noodles.
