In that case he wants 220 grains of handloaded 308 Norma magnum....

 

At that range 265 grains out of a .444 marlin should do the trick but I would rather have a BAR in a large caliber. I wouldn't want to worry about working the action between the trigger pulling.

if she came over there Rise while I was hunting, I would have my choice of only two weapons, 12 gauge deer slugs, or .22 long rifle.
