January 12th will be the 29th anniversary of my 29th birthday so on Saturday, the 11th, Jimi and I will be hosting a small gathering of friends in our home in celebration. We will be serving pulled pork and apple-pie moonshine and there will be a mostly acoustic jam session lasting until the last song is played. I hope many of my friends here can attend.

Awesome! You know, this weather has me wishing I just got off my rump and quit this lousy job, move back to Florida and party like it's Seacowboy's 58th birthday every day. I could drop in on Tac and bring him some cheer. I might even run over to see Connie and say hello (I will have to wear an MP3 player to avoid hearing the wrong music) --perhaps do some fishing on the ocean, or maybe just become a hobo, who knows? Hmm, January 12th in Michigan, zero degrees (if we are lucky) January 12th near the Gulf of Mexico 60ish. I guess I'll, put on the 3 layers of woolens, step out on the front porch, face south and raise a glass of spirits in honor of your birthday on the 12th.
