I find it interesting (once again) that when an officer does something good (or even neutrally human, as in this instance), the focus is on the individual officer...but any negative acts by an officer will be generalized to represent all of them.

 

I can see your point Pax, Looked as hard as I could , Na-da on the RCMP doing any Dancing while on duty etc. This poor cop is getting his retirement fund from the kids giving he spare change !!!

I must be tainted having spent time with the all knowing clan.. They all seem to talk at or down. (just within my ear range ,I have noticed) Best to do my stuff/job and don't get involved..

Poor street dude probably was arrested under Busking without a licence & impersonating a raw carrot & mash potato.
