    Problem being that it sounds as if the unlawful discharge, reckless endangerment and breach of peace could be sustained even if the court were to find the "assault rifle" and "high capacity" mag charges unconstitutional. Laws against discharging a firearm in a city/populated area and within a named distance of an occupied dwelling have been sustained many times at all levels.

    An arrest for only the possession of the "contraband" would make a much better challenge.
