Peeling chicken feet

    Complete with step by step photos. I had fried chicken feet in Asia and they were freaking addictive. Hadn't thought to use them for soup stocks though. If you're butchering chickens, might as well use it all. :)

    Had them in Trinidad. didn't find them overly appealing

    That's freaky and disgusting sounding.
    I have 27 chickens and I see what there walking around in all day. They look like lizard feet!:sick:
    You got more guts than Me, if you can keep them down!

    The only thing I draw the line on is balut. Chicken feet are pretty tame by comparison.

    Asian neighbour eats these , Wife tried one , I could of barfed & made the meal eventful .
    I'll have 80+ in a few months , Ya all welcome to have them.

    I know an old Korean war vet who claims they were delicious and is sad he can't get them any more.
    But I also saw a UK travel reporter cheerfully try one and promptly barf on camera so yeah, gonna pass on that culinary delight.

    Anyway the chicken feet link was more for using them in stock than snacks. The commentators who tried it seemed pleased with the results.
