Monkey made butter from scratch. It was sweet, creamy and delicious. So simple too. Here's how. Monkey used a baby food bottle. I would put more salt but the way she made it was super good.
I posted the home made ice cream last month, I think. That's really good too. Better than store bought. The home made butter is also better tasting that store bought. Can't beat fresh. And simple. You know what goes in it.
About five years or so ago, we brought the ice cream ball to camp. Kids got a major work out. Kids lined up at the bottle of a hill and run the ball up to the top. It was about 40-50 feet with close to a 45 degree incline. Get to the top and roll it down and come back down into line. The next one goes... Took over 30 minutes to get ice cream. So to me, the ziplock method is better. I have gotten ice cream in 2 minutes.
Hanzo, you missed the point. Please please type out the recipe/ingredients/directions. Many of us I am pretty sure have no idea what amounts of what needs to go in that half full jar. Just post it here. Thanks
Sorry, @tacmotusn. Used a small baby food jar. 1/8 tsp salt (to taste, but put at least a little) Fill 1/2 of the bottle with heavy cream (I can measure the jar after it is emptied) Shake 15 minutes Pour out liquid Eat
My friend's daughter's nickname is Peanut making hers Peanut Butter. Yeah, monkey butter sounds nasty, but...
