i was gonna post some speed shadow boxing like i said but i haven't been training recently and am actually kinda slow so i had to warm up of about 25 30 minutes and this video is after i warmed up

 

this is just offensive no blocking and few body punches

i know a lot of it just not how to execute it exactly but i know how its done. other dude was saying he got hit square in the temple really hard and didn't knock him out and i just found that untrue. might've come off a little duce baggy i must admit
