    I love Cauliflower but please don't boil! Only steam. Don't leach out all the nutients. Your recipe sounds delicious but I'm a purist and love it steamed then drizzled with olive oil, salt, pepper and topped with fresh chives. I can make a meal of a head of cauliflower

    Fixed the directions :) We don't boil ours but use a steamer basket instead.
