Chocolate chip sea salt bannock "recipe" @ghrit. Some flour, guessing about two cups A little baking powder, guessing about a teaspoon or two A little sea salt, half a teaspoon? Way too much chocolate chips I melt some butter in a cup, if I had to guess, I would say 1-2 tbsp and add some water, maybe half a cup. Water is mainly so I get all the butter out and to cool the butter. Mix the dry stuff. Add water/butter mix and stir. Add water a little at a time until you get a dry dough but all the flour is wet. Make sense? When you get that consistency, I sprinkle dry flour on while covering my hand with dry flour. Toss it around in a bowl until the outside of the flour ball is not sticky. Heat a pan (I do medium on the stove, camp fire would be different) and melt some butter to coat the pan. Put the bannock ball in the hot pan and flatten it down and spread it out. I do about six minutes a side on the stove. Add some melted butter to the top side and lightly sprinkle sea salt. Flip. Add some melted butter on top and lightly sprinkle sea salt. Eat. Like me know how you like it if you try it. My monkeys just totally love it.
