    Worst I seen in all my years in call centres was a pair of co-conspirators who had 2nd jobs as collections agents. They would use the ISP/Telco database to find debtors new phone numbers and email address' then aggressively "collect". The got charged and convicted along with fired from both companies....oddly enough....0% media coverage. Nothing.
