The one person saying this is not good people has a handle on the potential but look at the rest totally ignorant of the potential problem. What would you do if you saw a gyrocopter flying at the Capitol? A gyrocopter has a small payload but spreading anthrax it would create a hell of a mess and panic. This type of thing could be a "Survivor McGyver" subject.
