You can participate and we'd be happy to have you do so. If you are a licensed ham, please provide the following: 1. Your callsign 2. Your city 3. The text that you'd like to send, kept down to 30 words or less. If you're not a licensed ham, you can still participate. To exchange messages with "foreign" hams, third party regulations insist that everybody must be licensed. But if you're not licensed, just tell me that, and I'll send your messages to U.S. hams only. Problem solved. Yup. Every group is allowed to establish their own SET any time during the three month window. Last weekend was the Wisconsin SET; I sent just over 300 messages in to WI just before the weekend, so as to have them prepositioned there in time for their main SET net.
