    One of the reasons why I chose the XD was that of all the double-stacked Glock clones out there, it fits and points the closest to my 1911. Of course some say that I have hams for hands...

    I'm over 4" across the knuckles. I prefer the 1911-A1 and the Browning High Power as I used them long ago and found either does the job. The others in the safe caught my interest for some reason.

    No offense to anyone, but I'm not one for Glocks. Although they are an excellent pistol; for some reason, they don't point well for me.
