Had to finally perform the Fueling system replacement I've been putting off for almost a year. The stock 'Lift" pump is crap and is 10 ft away and 2 ft higher than the fuel tank. It needs to suck fuel and prime the Injector pump.

Welp, the lift pump fails and the psi to the injector pump drops and makes for a $3500 repair. I waited for the aftermarket to solve the problem Dodge wouldn't recognize.

F.A.S.S. pusher pump mounted to the frame rail.... :D

and I went with the Industrial Injection SHO VP44... :D

This pump added about 100 HP to my truck.... :D :D :D

Now I have a reliable Fuel system and about 4 mpg better economy to boot... Was a fun project and I saved around $1K in labor by busting my own knuckles

Next is bigger injectors, bigger exhaust and bigger turbo.
I'm not into that "Chipping" stuff... I'd rather do it with Hardware

Glad to hear you have the fix and the extra horsepower. So I guess we will be mudding in your truck when I come to visit ;) .

What make and model? I just bought a Ram 2500 w/ Cummins Diesel.
    Is this a common problem?
