I'm new to self sustainment and bushcraft sort of things. I watch a few videos here and there, but I don't feel like it's enough to just watch a couple videos. I'd like to look at other people's strategies and put them to use. I'm very excited about this.
Welcome to our Monkey Tree, pick yourself out a branch and have a good look around... Lots of good Folks here' bouts, and plenty of great info in the forums....
Welcome from North Texas! We love that RFD show about Michigan. Every story is like they are in the 50's. I love it.
Welcome aboard! Be ye a Yooper or Troll? If you ask @kellory he might say I'm a troll and he'd be right! Well, partly right.
Welcome to the monkey tree. And don't mind visu, I don't refer to people as trolls, and I have no one on ignore. (For there is. No man so poor, that he can not at least serve as a bad example to others.....)
Welcome to the Monkey, grab a branch and hold on tight.... kind of breezy around here from time to time.
MiMan stated that he's a troll, that means he lives under the bridge separating the two pennisulas. So Lower.

Good Morning @MiMan43 you are very correct videos only do so much. Knowledge is key but if you do not practice that knowledge you could be in trouble if or when SHTF. I have learned so much from trial and error. I also know research because one person's gospel could be bunk. Sorry for the babbling..... So welcome to the monkey. Give shout if you need help or have questions, we have a great group that will help.
My dad was a Yooper and I lived up there as a child . Have relatives in both lower and upper. Welcome here.
