A Rocky Mountain "HI" to all

Long time lurker, now a bona-fide member. I feel I know a lot of you already through the many threads I've read.

I found this site through searches related to forging and knife making. I have to say, Bear has become a real inspiration to me in many ways. And for that, thank you Bear!

Not being new to the outdors, I've grown up hunting, fishing, camping, et al, and am now passing it on to my children. I learn something every day, and hope to be able to possibly pass something on to someone else as well.

Thank you all! I've read and looked around here for many months now, and do believe I've found a home here. I guess it has been skepticism, and a general distrust of the public at large that had kept me from joining sooner. I have a feeling I made the right choice.
