It should be noted that the good "Judge" Anna is a judge in her own imagination. Anna is not, and has not been appointed to the office of Judge of any officially recognised jurisdiction in the USA. Still, firing off implausible missives to anyone who will pay attention to her, does help to sell her book via Amazon from a very reasonable US$18.67 Ms Reizinger seems to be a prolific writer of "legal" opinions..... Anna von Reitz I don't think that Sheriff Ward of Burns, Oregon need take seriously anything written by Anna Maria Riezenger.
Same here @Taku. It was read on the radio show last night. One of your posts. It popped up after the one you posted about the last 10 minutes. I have read about her before, but, cannot remember what the exact context of the information was. There has been so much happening, sometimes I get the facts turned around with so many news stories.
She apparently doesn't recognize that in Oregon State, Sheriffs are NOT Full Constitutional Sheriffs... They are limited by State Statute, in the Power they can wield, in Office.... Oh well... she does make an "Interesting Read" even if 50% is total BS...
I like the distaste shown here for the Judge in question, it makes me chuckle. Still supporting the criminal corporations who are using illusion and fantasy as a disguise and your blind patriotism as a method for support? It's truly sad. Under common law, if the people support a cause and follow the actual letter of the law in doing so, we can have an entirely new government, to include representatives, congressmen, judges, and even a president. The existing "government", as you may choose to believe to exist, is actually precisely what she says it is. Now, I do not know the particulars as to her position, so I cannot claim this judge Anna to be absolutely on par with anything official, but I like it. To my knowledge, there is no official separatist movement I am aware of. Most of my contacts and colleagues are off grid, or either in prison (due to the IRS) or died under mysterious circumstances, as is the way this "government" some of you still believe in operates. It is easy for me to say what I am saying because I am not looking to take this route to combat the corporations who have taken over the world. I have run my course, and have learned that the path that judge Anna is taking is heavily mined and most dangerous. It requires the support of the people, most of whom are brainwashed and completely lost.
She seems to really care what happens here in America. If the Mods feel this should be moved to the tin foil, that is fine. No problem at all.

Fairy tales, myths and legends, may seem quaint, to some with today's knowledge of the world and how it works....but in earlier times, they were quite an effective means of manipulation. Some modern day fairy tales have the same manipulative potential for those who are gullible enough to take things at face value, on someone else's authority, without fact checking the issue themselves.
