I think it very important we share and have intelligent conversations with progressive liberals over our countries issues. And as soon as we find one intelligent liberal progressive we will, its been a 8 years search and none in sight yet. I found Waldo, and Lukes Father, even the dutchmens lost mine but not one

I do my best to avoid any interaction with liberals, there's no point. Many tend to be book smart, but dumb as mud when it comes to common sense. The good thing is they're really easy to spot.

They will call you a racist and if the subject is guns they cite isolated instances and try to sell them as common.
The only common gun violence is inner city drug trade and according to them the guns are the real problem.

 

Yard Dart, while I agree with you, the mass media, NPR, Common Core, people of color, gay rights, public brain washing centers called schools and colleges, have made that attitude rare in the under 30 crowd and between them and the Free Sh** Army, it may well be a lonely fight. Always reminded of the 1960's cartoon of the two US soldiers in a fox hole, nothing but ruins as far as you can see, cooking a rat on the bayonet of a M-16, waiting for the rat to be cooked, and the caption said "The Captain said it is official. we won." I have had a conversation with them a family friend and Prozanski once.
Last year my in-inlaws invited a Komifornia friend to come here to live. I knew of her and met her many times over the last 35 years that I knew my wife. Well the subject came up within my family about the Unaffordable care act, I was discussing how me and my wife went from a 250.00 max detectable and DR visit copay of 20.00 to a 3500 a year EACH deductible that we must each pay first before they pay anything and it went from 375 a month to 750.00 Me and the Mrs make basic middle class wages nothing to write home about. And she piped up and said well everyone has to pay there share so everyone can get insurance. Its then I think I blew my gasket now I didnt yell but I asked her so you think the President has the right to tell me where and how I pay for my private insurance? She said well the insurance companies were making too much money and Obama made it fair. I said how do you figure the Insurance companies are making less when they cover less now and charge more. She said well I'm not going to argue with you. I said ok fine so what insurance do you have a snarkly asked. And in all typical fashion she said she doesn't pay for insurance, I said what you mean well I get a pension from Exxon and they cover all my expenses and co-pays. And this is the same mind set that thinks they should be allowed to have armed guards but we should not be allowed guns.

Prozanksi for those who do not know he is a senator from liberal Lane County in Oregon that works each year to battle to get gun bills passed. He is also a Conceal Carry holder and from Texas. At first glance one would think not bad until you take with him I met with him to force his hand on the contents of SB941 were he did not want us to even be allowed to share our firearms with family or load a firearm. I forced that into his bill only because I knew it would pass hated it as I did you had to play the game for now until we can tilt balance of power. But I digress at first conversation before I got to my points every word he said was common sense this and that. When I asked him what exactly is that and who's common sense? I said to him if the common sense is for gun owners shouldnt gun owners decide what they think is common sense not people who want gun control. He said well believe it or not most gun owners want controlled access to firearms and I asked him what gun owners ? Never gave an answer. I asked him about his gun safety and he went to loosing a family member to gun violence, his sister. I said with all due respect one person should not motivate change in gun laws, and said well that is how the Brady bill and other worked and he was right. Liberals have mastered the one trick pony. However gun owners can quote thousands of times a year a gun saved lives and that never matters.

The problem is liberals are not just stupid and ignorant they are narcissistic bunch who believe their own crap to their core.
And if it not their own belief it takes one other to infect them and it duplicates like a damn virus. And soon all the zombies are infect and think a certain way and most can't tell you why they think that was without being condescending and zip right to common sense as a reason. And when asked what common sense is the explanation is always anything but !!!!!!!

 

Common sense is a matter of perspective. just as the difference between an minimalist, and a old timer and fire making .
The minimalist takes one means to lite a fire because he refuses to carry the added weight, and believes he knows so many other ways to make a fire.
From experience the old timer knows that conditions are not always optimum for finding the best materials, and need something of a modern advantage to rely on when things don't go well.
There have been moments that I have been so wet and cold and shaking and fatigued that to think clearly to simply use flint and steel was completely out of the question, and a bic lighter solved the problem in an instant.
I have seen people in serious situations not know how to light a fire using road flares, they were that bad off.
More to the point ,
Liberals know how wicked they are, and fear their own kind more than they fear the conservative .
They hate the conservative because the contrast of moral behavior and they don't wish to bend.(discipline them selves) .
Naturally being afraid of the instability of their own kind makes them the more fearful.
Those of us that are disciplined have a respect for life and though we possess the guns have the stability to govern our behavior ,generally speaking.
The statistics have proven that the more people have and carry guns (usually conservatives) makes the criminal element more scared of fallowing their normal behavior . ( makes the liberals uncomfortable)
Liberals throw the disciplining/teaching of their children on the government, which in the end create the whole problem.
The problem will never be solved by taking ( attempting to) away guns , the criminals do not care about the laws ,much less the liberals in general.
Though the government has no right to infringe on the second amendment, they are doing it any way, and have the power to do as they please regardless of the law.
They will lie and demonize their target to create an issue and execute their will, and no one can or will do any thing about it.
The gun issue is not al liberal and conservative , it is Agenda 21 . the rest is a false flag to justify their deeds .
Obama has created more stress between the people than any other president in history.
The agenda is to divide the people and tear down the country.
