SOkay we all have our "fantasies"/ lets say "visions" (fantasy sounds like something desireable, like kelly Lebroc) of a revolutionary change hogging out the power structure and dragging the reins of america back into the hands of the common folks where God put it originally..

So lets assume a "successful" violent separtist conflict how do you govern the seceded " 8 freeman states of america " (
Idaho, Montana, colo, utah, nevada, wyoming, new mexico, and kansas)(should probably count onTexas and oregon too) and prevent the big money control that has soiled this nation thus far???????Hmmmm?[flag]

Aside from educating the populace as to the truth of what the constitution is and means, I dont know what could be done. The constitution the founding fathers created covered it all and did so clearly and yet it managed to be screwed up. I think most of this is due to people being trained to think that we have a democracy rather than a republic and that the power flows from the fed down to the local with the people at the very bottom rather than the truth of that the people have the full power and it flows from there to the local and on along the line to the fed which is a the bottom with only very limited powers.

As long as people understood the true form of government we have, where the power lays, that ANT 'law' that contradicts or crosses the constitution in any way is in fact NOT a law and is not worth the paper its written on or the breath it takes to quote it, and that the governmentis OUR servant/subject/subordenant/etc and not the other way around, then there would be no way for the crap thats dragging us down to occur. The problem is that people have been so conditioned to a distorted view that I cant see how any short term thing could be done to correct it.

If we simply could get folks to realize it, we already have what we want. Basicly none of the BS 'laws' that limit our freedoms exist since they are null and void, so no law enforcement group has any authority to enforce them since they in fact are not laws in the first place. Untill the populace in general however realizes this and makes it an issue every time a 'false law' is used as a reason to take a persons freedoms then I dont know that it would matter what you put in place.

That's like quoting to congress the 10 or so things they are authorized to do under the constitution; then telling them to do 5 today 5 tomorrow, and GO HOME FOR A YEAR!! [flag]

Yup, thats why I say that I dont know of any good fix that wouldnt take a generation or 2 at least to get the changes going and even to do that it would take changeing what is taughtto all of our kids and such.
